I've been obsessively reading Rolling Stones bios lately so I diverged into Marianne Faithfull's autobiography, Faithfull. Wow, did she sleep with some bizarre people and tell her own fantastic version of some Stones folk lore. So on Friday night at the Velvet I played songs from 64-69 and heard by Marianne, with brief breaks to read some of the more entertaining exerpts from her book.
